FRONT END
Front end theme is actually what your website visitors see. Each theme is tied up with a particular language. That means that Admin sets a theme for each language in the Lang Management tab of the Admin. When a different language is selected, another theme may be loaded. It is very good for RTL languages (Arabic, Hebrew, etc), to be able to load an RTL theme for the RTL language.
