WorksForWeb is proudly presenting new iAuto 4.6.0. This release features a number of major enhancements long awaited by existing customers and the general public. The goal of this release was to address two key objectives which are to make product-based websites more attractive to the dealers, agents and corporate users, and to enhance the revenue generation capabilities of the websites.
To achieve the goal, WFW engineers came up with several new functions users can order for additional cost, such as the ability to add and display YouTube videos, slide shows, or highlight a listing for better visibility among dozens and dozens of competing offers.
Website admin is able to manipulate with prices and availability of those functions for various customer groups, making unique offers and better addressing target audiences.
New features in iAuto 4.6.0
 User Search
Site visitors are able to perform search within registered users. Users will be able to specify search criteria and view the results which will include the list of the users from the selected group. So you can now enjoy the search among the registered users having all the search opportunities you used to have with previous versions of iLister, iRealty and iAuto classifieds software. Using this feature site visitor can find a dealer in his/her locality, view listing by this user, view user's profile and contact the user via online form.
Listing HighlightingNew version of iAuto provides the ability to highlight the selected listings. It will surely play its positive role in attracting attention of the prospective clients. The administrator of the classifieds site can enable highlight feature and set the price for using the feature. Listing owner can activate highlighting simply by pressing on "Make Highlighted" button and enjoy this additional opportunity to make listings visibly outstanding.
Dealer Inventory Page
User inventory page is an excellent promotion tool for registered users. This page displayed a brief user profile and lists all user's listing. This page has a SEO URL featuring user details (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/ads/9/John-Smith).
SlideshowNow users can easily add a vivid and informative
slide show to their listings. Users simply pay for this option to be
enabled by the administrator and get access to the opportunity to
create an attractive slide show. The slideshow includes all necessary
elements for comfortable viewing of the slides uploaded for the listing
(start/stop/pause buttons, customizing slide changing intervals, etc.).
User Profile PageThis page has a SEO URL like http://www.yoursite.com/profile/9/John-Smith and displayed user profile. User can use this page as a promotion tool. Please try our demo to see the example.
YouTube VideoUser can add a video player on the listing
details page which plays the video located on the YouTube. This option
can be made fee-based generating additional income for the site owner.
WYSIWYG Editor By adding a WYSIWYG editor for text area fields, the developers made a major step forward towards making listing texts look more attractive, adding a touch of exclusivity to even cheapest of the listings. At the same time, filtered input prevents non-secure or malicious code from being displayed within listing descriptions, introducing an additional layer of security on top of filtered inputs that are already part of the software.
Contact User PageThis page is linked from the user search page and has a contact form. Site visitor can send a message to the user via this form.
What else is new in iAuto 4.6.0
1. More that 2 dozen bugfixes and enhancements including functionality bugfixes, layout enhancement and improved error messages.
2. New theme iauto3 is now a part of the default package.
