Bellow is an interview with Mr. Mike Williams- owner of SNARF www.Snarrf.com - where he tells about his on-line bussiness, providing answers and giving recommendations for issues you possibly might get puzzled with.

WorksForWeb: - What was your initial business idea/concept? What is your service for?

Mr. Mike Williams: - Well, the name of the company is SNARRF (Snarrf.com), and it stands for Search Near And Really Really Far. The entire concept behind SNARRF is to create a simple, easy website to give people a better look. We are now in the video age and we're looking to take advantage of peoples urge to want to know "what else ". "I see the pictures of the kitchen but what else", "oooh the fireplace looks nice but what else". We want people to get a better look at everything from apartments and houses to cars, and even coffee tables listed in the classifieds section through the video capability SNARRF offers. So our service is for anyone who wants a better look, and anyone who thinks they offer is worth one.

WorksForWeb: - Who is your target audience?

Mr. Mike Williams: - Our target is rather large. Anyone who is in search of an apartment, orlooking to buy a car or a house is certainly someone we'd like to target and have them visit SNARRF to view our listings. At the same time anyone who has any of those things available that would post them anywhere else whether it be a newspaper, magazine, or another website we'd like them to be a part of our audience as well, and we would absolutely love if they posted they're respective listings with SNARRF. We have a bunch of other product lines that are going to be incredible once we finish them up and our audience will be even broader and more amazing.

WorksForWeb: - How did you actually stumble upon WFW and our products? Why WFW?

Mr. Mike Williams: - My CIO and I were doing research on scripts after getting frustrated with the amount of time we calculated it would take to create the products WFW offers from scratch. We really didn't have the manpower and time it would take to do it. We looked at about 25 or 30 different companies and scripts before I found WFW. Within 5 minutes we knew this is exactly what we were looking for. The products are a great fit for what we are trying to accomplish. They integrate easily with what we have going on, and the support team is there when we need them.

WorksForWeb: - What version do you like better, v.3.x or v.4.x?

Mr. Mike Williams: - We're actually in the upgrade process now the v.3.x version is definitely great, and I'm looking forward to getting into the v.4.x version as I'm sure it's even better!

WorksForWeb: - Who came up with the SNARRF brand name and how it was actually created?

Mr. Mike Williams: - It's a name I came up with a little while back. I really just wanted something different that would stick out when people heard it. We even have a little mascot that we're going to run a contest so people can help us find a name for him. There are so many names of companies that get lost in the shuffle. We feel like SNARRF is a name that once you hear it you'll remember it right away the next time it comes up in a conversation - the same kind of way Google does.

WorksForWeb: - Please name three things that really annoy or irritate you in any of our product?

Mr. Mike Williams: - I think that the one thing I wish WFW had, which is also something I wish we had the manpower for at SNARRF, is the ability to take support calls over the phone. The support team at WFW is one of the best I've ever had to work with in any area I'm just a little old school and I talk a lot quicker than I can type so it's easier for me to explain things over the phone lol.

Other than that it has been a pleasure to work with WFW. Sergei, Lena and the rest of staff have gone out of they're way to make my experience with the company a great one!

WorksForWeb: - In your opinion, what is the most important feature none of our products have?

Mr. Mike Williams: - Actually the reason we're going with the v.4.x version upgrade is because all of the things I initially though would be great were added to the new version. Carfax link,"All ads by this Seller", the membership plan options these additions to the products make them that much greater.

WorksForWeb: - What other services your website can use based on either one of our products?

Mr. Mike Williams: - I'm going to be purchasing the boat application next. It would be cool to have a Video based Personals or Dating script.( hint hint )

WorksForWeb: - What do you think SNARRF..com will look like 1 year from now?

Mr. Mike Williams: - Well, I certainly hope to be extremely successful a year from now. We are close to beginning our marketing and PR campaigns. Our content level is growing and people are starting to view the SNARRF at a quicker rate. We went from less than 300 unique viewers in November, to over 1100 unique users in January, and were on pace for close to 2000 in February. If we can keep our momentum moving forward the way it is now we could become one of the incredible sites that everyone knows about. WFW will have played a tremendous impact on what we've been able to accomplish.

This software is a huge help, I bought a competing product, and was very disappointed, and found this as a much better solution. Although it wasn't exactly what we wanted as is, support has been very helpful and competent, and the customizations we have requested and received have worked great, and we continue to learn and develop our business model, and support is right there to make the customizations we require, and now it is almost exactly what we needed, it will be soon enough with iauto support's help.
